He has extensive corporate legal experience and has served as General Counsel for companies across various industries, including travel, aviation, food services, real estate, financial services, and logistics. He held this role for PPI Holdings Inc. (formerly Philippine Pizza Inc.), the franchise holder of Pizza Hut in the Philippines; Adventure International Tours, Inc. (American Express Travel Representative); Asiana Philippines GSA, Inc. (Asiana Airlines’ Philippine General Sales Agent); and Transnational Air Corp. (Malaysian Airlines’ Philippine General Sales Agent).
A distinguished legal educator, he is a professorial lecturer at various prestigious law schools and the author of 12 law books—10 on Labor Law and 2 on Remedial Law. He is also an accredited Maritime Voluntary Arbitrator and a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Lecturer. Currently, he serves as the Inaugural Dean of the Cainta Catholic College, School of Law, the Diocesan College of the Diocese of Antipolo.
